From building in M&A to Acquisitions Digital
Danny’s path into private markets began with technology. While building enterprise technology in the M&A space, he spent years working alongside private equity firms, family offices and strategic acquirers, learning how serious buyers evaluate, prioritize and pursue companies.
That work left him with a deep network of active buyers. At the same time, as a founder and operator, he was constantly meeting owners of strong private businesses, and a steady flow of opportunities followed naturally.
Acquisitions Digital grew out of that overlap: a trusted way to bring the right owners and the right buyers together, directly and in confidence.
