Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Acquisitions Digital ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit acq.digital, book a call or contact us. We are located at 117 NE 1st Ave, 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33132, and can be reached at info@acq.digital.
Information we collect
- Booking an intro call. When you schedule through our booking page, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you provide, and shares them with us.
- Email and calls. Anything you send us directly, such as company or mandate details you choose to share.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, schedule and prepare for calls, evaluate whether we can help, make introductions you have approved, and keep records of our correspondence. Information about your company is shared with another party only with your approval.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies to operate the scheduler; see Calendly's privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as scheduling, email and hosting), with parties you have approved an introduction to, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to pursue the conversation or transaction it relates to and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the UK and the EU, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email info@acq.digital. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
